Care

Store Acentro editions in the box and pouch provided to help prevent damage and tarnishing.

Avoid direct contact with chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. Remove editions when bathing, sleeping, or exercising.

To clean, use warm water with mild soap and a soft toothbrush. Dry thoroughly before storing. Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time and may react with your skin — editions can be refreshed with a polishing cloth. Gold-plated editions should not be polished frequently, as the plating will wear gradually through use.

Production and delivery

Acentro editions are made to order in London using recycled precious metals.

Please allow:
UK — 2–3 weeks for production and delivery
EU & Rest of World — 3–4 weeks for production and delivery

Returns & exchanges

Website orders may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for editions damaged or lost in transit, and customs charges are non-refundable.

Editions must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If an edition is returned worn or damaged, it may be sent back to the customer.
